Christmas 2008

December sure flew by. It's hard to believe that it's nearly over. The Peterson family had a great Christmas. Taylor and Maddy both were thrilled with what Santa brought them. Debbie and Dirk are just glad it's over. It's time to get on with that long winter nap! The Holiday was sure busy. It began with our annual Christmas Eve dinner at Robintino's with the Heinhold clan. This is looked forward to every year. After dinner we went back to Mom and Dad H's house to see their brand new kitchen (just completed earlier that day), and have ice cream. We then drove home, looking at lights along the way, and met Mom and Dad Peterson at our house. We exchanged presents with them - which left the kids really hyper! After finally getting them to bed (about 11:30)!. Taylor had us all up by 6:30 a.m. Christmas Day. We went to Mom and Dad H's house for our first of two Prime Rib meals that day. We then went to Mom and Dad P's for our second Prime Rib - boy were we stuffed! After spending most of the day away from home, the kids were so anxious to get back home. All in all, it was a great day!
